Our exciting new weight loss and fitness club is designed to educate and motivate you to change and improve your body, your health, and your fitness for good. Our programmes are designed for sustainable, long lasting change.

Our vision is to educate people to eat real food and incorporate exercise into their daily routines.  We do not believe in counting points, colour systems, meal replacements, weight loss pills, shakes, very low calories diets, or any diet that could damage health, slow metabolism, fails in the long term and lowers confidence and self-esteem. 

Programmes are inspirational, educational, motivational and highly successful, and are run by a registered Nutritional Therapist and a highly qualified personal trainer. They run for 1-2 hours per week for a minimum of 8 weeks, as part of a supportive club, with the optional addition of some 1:1 coaching.

For the best possible health and weight loss results, and the on-going motivation for lasting change, the group session always incorporates the following key elements:
